iV PLACEMENT WORKSHOP

The IV Workshop is for the returning phlebotomy student or a current student with equivalent field experience/training. This course emphasizes a “hands-on” method. This course is a 4-hour course that will focus on current IV administration techniques, as well as fluid balance, medications, complications, and effects of IV therapy.​After completing the workshop, students will be issued an IV Workshop certificate.
